Carobbean Carob bars are made from carob beans which have a delicious chocolate-like flavour. Carob, unlike chocolate, is free from oxalic acid, theobromine and caffeine.

The Carobbean bars are made without white or brown sugar and no preservatives, artificial colouring or flavouring are added.
