KADAC Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
All transactions are processed in AUD. Individual product pricing shown is exclusive of GST and excludes delivery charges - the GST is calculated as each product is added to your order. The total price of our order shown when finalising your order will be inclusive of GST stated.
Orders can delivered Australia wide or picked up from our warehouse - we do not ship to overseas locations. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products and your location - you will be notified of the exact shipping costs after your order has been packed. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 7 business days depending on your pre-arranged delivery method.
Refunds and Returns
Please choose your products carefully as we do not give refunds or credits if you change your mind or make the wrong decision. We offer a refund or credit if notification is received in 2 business days of receipt of the goods where goods are received in error and/or in an unacceptable condition.
A credit return authorisation number (CRAN) must be obtained from customer service before goods can be returned.
When purchasing from KADAC Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard.
Your password is also safely stored on our server using cryptographic hash functions designed by the National Security Agency (NSA). It is not possible to decrypt or reverse your password. Please keep your password safe and secure and advise customer service immediately if there has been a security breach.
KADAC Pty Ltd is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with notifications about products and pricing, and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called an "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
PACKAGING AND SUSTAINABILITY
Australian Packaging Covenant
The Australian Packaging Covenant (APC) is a voluntary initiative, by Government and Industry. It is designed to minimise the environmental impacts arising from the disposal of used packaging, conserve resources through better design and production processes and facilitate the re-use and recycling of used packaging materials.
As part of KADAC's commmitment to sustainability, we recognise that a co-operative approach between industry and all spheres of government is essential to achieving national consistency in the lifecycle management of packaging and paper. As an organisation, we are currently in a managed transitional phase towards full implementation of the Covenant.
