- 1 Can Global Organics Coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Global Organics Coconut oil
- 3 tbsp Lotus Organic Brown Rice syrup
- 2 tsp Lotus Organic Matcha Green tea
- 1 tsp Vanilla powder
- ¼ tsp Lotus Himalayan fine salt
Place the coconut cream in the fridge the night before. Using a spoon, grab only the cream of coconut, leave the water behind. Using a mixer, mix the cream for few minutes until its smooth. Add the coconut oil, rice syrup, Matcha green tea, Vanilla powder and salt into the mixture. Once the mixture is all smooth, pour it into 2 glasses, and then chill it in the fridge for 2 hours.
