Serves 6


  • 1 x 400g Global Organics Baked Beans
  • 1 x 400g Global Organics Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Global Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Gourmet Organic Herb Mild Curry Powder
  • 1 medium-sized onion, sliced
  • 1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 2 chillies, seeded and diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cabbage, sliced 
  • ½ teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped


Heat oil in a medium-sized saucepan and cook onion, until transparent. Add carrot, chillies, garlic, ginger and curry powder and sauté for 3 minutes.Add chopped tomatoes then bring to the boil. Add cabbage and baked beans then mix through. Turn off heat and serve. Serve with cooked quinoa or rice and top with thyme.
