I've watched the rapid increase in the number of gluten & wheat free foods on the market and still find that you cannot buy great-tasting home-cooked, goodies for coeliacs (or for those choosing a gluten and/or wheat free diet).
As a keen cook, coeliac and graduate in Applied Science (Sports Nutrition), it's no wonder I set about developing receipes to help others for whom gluten is a 'no-go zone".
This concept has been developed to cater for cafes and other small businesses seeking to diversify their current menus (I'm a bit over friands and orange & almond cake!) and for fellow sufferers who want to enjoy high quality, home-cooked baked goods without suffering the consequences.
I have personally called all the suppliers of my ingredients and have been assured that there is no gluten or wheat in the products I use.
